At the beginning of September five new apprentice started into their working life at Destilla. With two laboratory chemists as well as a distiller, an industrial management assistant and a logistics specialist, each department was reinforced with a new young talent.
„Despite so called war for talents we’re glad that we could convince five young people of our company again”, Vice President Matthias Thienel explains and completes: “We’re happy that you’ve chosen Destilla and that you want to shape your future with us.”
Due to their internships and the first days at work, all apprentice had the chance to get to know our company already. As the workplace for nearly all young talents will move to our new site “Münchner Ring”, the first days at work also included a visit of the building site.
The young people were very impressed by the dimension and the huge planning efforts of this milestone in our company history. Prospectively at the beginning of the next year our new apprentices will move onto their new workplace.
Until then, our distiller Susanna Lechner, the laboratory chemists Viktoria Fister and Rebecca Wiedenmann, industrial management assistant Claudia Relovsky and our logistics specialist Jens Bleicher will discover their profession at our current site in Kleinerdlingen.
